Ok, enough on the poetic part of this story :). For quite some time, I've been reading write-ups on blogs about this place. Thanks to the likes of James Betia, The Sole Sisters and a lot more. There are already dozens of travel bloggers who featured this island gem :).

Being a corporate person sitting at the office from 9am-7:30pm checking my Outlook mails and sending e-mails, working on the excel files for 5 days a week, I was thinking of a place to have my weekend getaway. During breaks, I frequently read travel blogs and luckily James is organizing a Calaguas Getaway 2! I scan through the details and of course the dates, it has been scheduled from May 10-12. "Sweet !" I said, as I have no prior commitments on those dates plus it's a long weekend. Then with no hesitations or second thoughts I went to the nearest BPI at our office to settle the P1k DP for the event.
This will be my first summer event and I can't wait to start from the crown jewel of Camarines Norte. Bask under the sun and in the fine white sand of the beach. Swim in the clear turquoise waters. Be lazy the entire weekend and enjoy the sceneries of the island. Meet and get along with the new companies. After all, we deserve a break. Don't we? These were the things that pops from my mind when I get excited for this, very rewarding I believe. It is 2 days from now, a little more wait and we will meet at last.
